An email will also be sent to all customers with active emails when there are any cost adjustments or service day changes. Otherwise you need to contact us every January for current cost. Q: Do I need to keep my contact information up-to-date? A: YES. By keeping your contact information up-to-date, you should receive emails giving notification of service adjustments like cost adjustments, service day changes, and allows for use of a credit card when reordering. Please Click Here to Update your Contact Information. Q: How do I stop birds from attacking the bags? A: Use a trash container that meets the requirements of the Wildlife Protection Ordinance. (Customers are responsible to clean up the mess left behind from wildlife & birds attacking bags.) Q: What payment methods may I use? A: We accept credit cards, checks, and money orders.
