Q: Where can I find the cost of bags?
A: The cost of bags is not listed on the website.
You may do one of the following at lease one
day before your service day:

provide your service address.
If we have your current email on file, we will
send you an email with pricing. An email will
also be sent to all customers with active emails
when there are any cost adjustments or service
day changes. Otherwise you need to contact us
every January for current cost.
Q: Do I need to keep my contact information
up-to-date?
A: YES. By keeping your contact information
up-to-date, you should receive emails giving
notification of service adjustments like cost
adjustments, service day changes, and allows
for use of a credit card when reordering. Please

Q: How do I stop birds from attacking the
bags?
A: Use a trash container that meets the
requirements of the Wildlife Protection
Ordinance. (Customers are responsible to
clean up the mess left behind from wildlife &
birds attacking bags.)
Q: What payment methods may I use?
A: We accept credit cards, checks, and money
orders.
Q: What happens when I run out of your
trash & recycle bags?
A: Fill-up a 33gal black generic bag, then on
your next service day take the cost of one roll
and divide by 10 equals the cost of 1 generic
33gal bag (up to 5 generic bags). Add up total
(example:1 roll + 1 generic bag = final cost)
Q: Will the driver return if I don’t get may
bags out in time?
A: YES. For a $10 - $20 return fee that is due at
time of service.
Q: Am I required to use a bear can?
A: Each resident is responsible for keeping in
compliance with the Wildlife Protection
